Placebook itself has no setup fee and no monthly fee (the only cost is a 24% fee once a vendor booking is confirmed). What this page covers are options you choose only if you need them.

Included: One wooden booth (W1,800 × D700 × H2,000mm), two counter boxes (each W900 × D450 × H600mm), and a plain signage banner
Storage: Folds flat for storage. It won't take up space when you're not using it.
Extra: Transport and on-site assembly (quoted separately), and custom printing on the signage banner
Which is cheaper: Buying pays off from your 4th use onward. If you'll use it 3 times a year or fewer, rent instead.

For when you're short-staffed.

All prices shown include tax. No costs beyond what's listed here will apply. If anything extra becomes necessary, we'll always provide a quote before starting.
On-site support on the day is up to 8 hours (¥5,500 per additional hour). Adding support-only coverage for an extra day is ¥33,000.
Venue fees, arranging fixtures and equipment, and permit applications are not included in any plan.
Anything larger than the guideline above (30+ slots, multiple days, multiple venues) is quoted separately.
